I wanted to tell you how pleased we are with Bostonboating.com.  Your site and links are surely a big help to us.  It's a great way to advertise our services for more than a reasonable price.  We at Accurate Canvas hope to continue doing business with you for a very long time.  The number of hits our site receives since with Bostonboating.com has certainly increased many times over.  We're looking forward to the new ideas you have to increase even more traffic.

Keep up the great work.

Boston Boating: www.bostonboating.com A must for boating, fishing, and water-sports devotees. Not only are there practical links for everything from tide reports to marina supply companies, there are also handy charts and graphics ("The Rope Stop" catalogs all the important knots) and news and events sections updated weekly.

BEST GENERAL BOATING PAGES ON THE WEB
BostonBoating.com
As you'd guess from the name, this is the guide to boating in the Boston area including north shore and south shore.  It's all here -- weather, local boating news, launch ramps, new businesses, fishing, Boston Boater magazine, state laws, location of pump out facilities, and everything else imaginable (except for instructions on how to dump tea into the harbor).

From: Thomas Coutts, Accurate Canvas Products Inc.

Just a note of appreciation for leading us into a future on the WEB. Our site you designed has created an increase in customer sales. Each “E Mail” we receive mentions finding us through the site you designed. Having our company on the WEB has definitely been the most effective way for us to advertise our services. We look forward to many years ahead of continued service with you

Many Thanks

From: Jim Jadul , Admiral's Hill Marina, Chelsea  3/14/00

While completely remiss in not sharing our mutual success before now I thought that you would be interested in the results of our first season with Bostonboating.com.

The staff at Admiral's Hill Marina has always had a reputation of being ahead of the curve when dealing with customer service initiatives and marketing opportunities. With that said, we developed our own web page, in house, almost 3 years ago. While proud of our accomplishment - we never received a single E-Mail or any comment whatsoever about our facility as a result of our "home grown" web page.

Along came "Bostonboating.com" in the fall of 1999. Following a brief exploratory discussion with Darren it was obvious that the marina had a story to tell and that Bostonboating.com was in a position to tell the world! Well - maybe not the world - but certainly the boaters in New England, and Boston Harbor in particular - the market segment we were looking for.

Literally within days after initial discussions, the marina staff was presented with a draft web page. Since that initial effort actually EXCEEDED our expectation, we were on board with Bostonboating.com within the week.

As a Bostonboating.com introductory special, we actually LOWERED our winter (in water) rates to $18 per foot. Remember now - we are the most protected ice free marina in the harbor!

Almost immediately after going on line, E-mail arrived with inquiries of winter & summer dockage, fuel pricing and special events. Based on the overwhelming results of our increased visibility through Bostonboating.com we actually doubled our typical winter dockage revenues. With our extremely competitive fuel pricing we have also been able to keep the fuel dock open all winter. This in itself has helped us keep our retail fuel prices lower than anyone else in or around the harbor. In fact, our current premium fuel dock pricing is actually less than most gas station pricing!

Bostonboating.com - thanks for being there and doing what you do best! This has been the best winter season yet for Admiral's Hill Marina and most of the credit is as a direct result of your effort on our behalf.
